[aur-requests] [PRQ#17346] Deletion Request for smex

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for smex [2]:

Technically, the "program" itself is working.
But it is only a small script, which generates randomly a mix of a few
chosen signs. I don't see the benefit in keeping this, especially
since the original author and maintainer dropped it.
