MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libsigc++ [2]:

I suggest this lib32 library can be deleted.

There are no AUR dependents anymore.
The package is not regularly kept up-to-date but there are no
user requests for update since 2020.

It seems this library is only needed in its native form,
not in 32-on-64-bit version.

Safe to delete. No impact.
