Seems this orphaned lib32 library is not needed anymore.

Package last updated in 2018. There are newer versions but
no one adopted this package to update it.

Only the native-build version, AUR/libtins has dependents,
not this lib32 variant.

There are no user comments, and the package has only one vote.

Safe to delete; no impact.
