[aur-requests] [PRQ#31698] Deletion Request for wine-libusb-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wine-libusb-git [2]:

This is some 4 year old custom "fork" of some unclear subset of
libusb. It's never been maintained (GitHub repo only has "first
commit"). And even the author lists several dozen features missing
from it compared to the then-current libusb.

Since at least Wine-Devel 5.7 (Wine Stable 6.0), Wine uses the regular
core/libusb package during build time. Therefore there is zero need to
use any kind of old and hackish library to enable proper USB support
under Wine.

Safe to delete as there is nothing in AUR that depend on this.
