[aur-requests] [PRQ#31699] Deletion Request for wine-browser-installer

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wine-browser-installer [2]:

6.5 year old unmaintained package, source last updated in 2014.
Unclear what it is actually for. It purports to provide Microsoft
Silverlight, and obsolete technology which nevertheless can be
installed manually or via winetricks in current WINE, if someone
really wants it.

This package is safe to delete as it is extremely old and nothing in
AUR depend on it.
