MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-cle [2]:

This Python 2 based legacy version from 4 years ago
does not work anymore because of missing dependencies.

Meanwhile there are up-to date packages on AUR
using Python 3:

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-cle-git

So I suggest to remove this old python2 based defunct package.

Safe to drop from AUR as nothing depends on it.
