MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-elixir [2]:

This deprecated Python 2 module is not needed.
It was last updated in 2009, it is likely incompatible
with Python 2.7 like its dependency, python2-sqlalchemy-0.7.9
(deletion request already submitted for that).

This package is not actually needed by anything on AUR:
* urssus: 'RSS aggregator (PyQt4)', discontinued in 2009;
* sparta: 2.0.0 released (2020) for Python3; Elixir not required.

Safe to delete.
