MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for rnc2rng [2]:

Maintainer seems MIA since 2015 when this was uploaded and
never updated.

The project, meanwhile, has pushed out regular releases
and is still alive.

Please disown so someone can take over (maybe me, if I have
the time).
