[aur-requests] [PRQ#35950] Deletion Request for lib32-isl-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-isl-git [2]:

This package is not needed anymore by anything in AUR.

Also its native-build stable counterpart has been adopted into
Arch [core] and renamed to libisl, so now this package's name does
not align to the repo version.

But anyway, I recommend easing the maintenance burden on AUR
contributors and eliminating those packages that are not
used. I think it is better to delete this one in accordance.
