[aur-requests] [PRQ#35951] Deletion Request for lib32-ppl

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-ppl [2]:

This 32-on-64-bit library is not needed by anything on AUR.

Its native-build counterpart is in Arch [community],
and that is only used by two packages in that repo.

This library is for some specialized mathematical application.
It seems it is not in demand in this limited 32-bit binary
form.

So I suggest to delete this package.
