the old situation:
if for example a module depended on kernel=2.6.15-1 and pacman -S
installed 2.6.14-1, then this problem was silently ignored

the new situation:
now the wrong version (ie. kernel=2.6.14-1) is still installed, but at
least after that makepkg exists with an error
