[pacman-dev] duplicated ldconfig after -S

Hi!
We fixed the bug that -U doesn't run ldconfig, but now in case of -S
ldconfig runs twice, because -S induces and upgrade transaction too.
So _alpm_ldconfig can be removed from _alpm_sync_commit.
Anyway, I don't like this "pseudo-transaction" way, at least we should
use different transaction types (see my PM_TRANS_TYPE_UPGRADERM patch).
I think some depcheck codes should be moved to deps.c from sync.c.
