[pacman-dev] [patch] makepkg3 -- cleanup dep check functions

Added a couple of patches to my makepkg branch,

- Dan's patch to switch from --sudo to --asroot
- Move download source, check/generate checksums, and extract source 
into functions
- And various cleanups.
