Haha, thanks then. I just figured it was because it is in the place a
name normally goes. I cannot read Russian. :) What should I be
putting?

"Strings" are the messages that make it into the po files. Since as
far as I know no one has been translating the manpages (correct me if
I am wrong), I wasn't as concerned about updating them to be full
documentation, because it won't break any translations which is the
real reason behind a string freeze.
