    Update the PKGBUILD example in the manpages
    
    The old one was old. Use something a bit more recent and a bit simpler as
    well so it actually looks OK in the manpage.

    Change -fstack-protector flag to -fstack-protector-all
    
    We only use it with --enable-debug, so we might as well go all out and try
    to find any attempt of stack smashing.
