No real patches yet, but concrete suggestions in the comments

FS#11225 - repo-add creates wrong CSIZE entry
This was not really a bug because it was intended that way. But maybe
it was not a good idea.
I like the idea of having a SIZECMD in /etc/makepkg.conf so that any
user can specify a command that works on his system.
But do we want to fix this for 3.2.1?
If yes, we definitely need to hardcode a default SIZECMD inside
makepkg, to keep backward compatibility of makepkg.conf
