[pacman-dev] bug during package upgrade?

I started writing one yesterday, I am totally unable to reproduce this, 
and also to understand what could be wrong in the code.

klibc-kbd is pulled, and the order is correct.

But maybe the pactest is too basic and needs to be extended to show the 
issue?
