Hello Allan,

the php-mysql module is a good example if mysql-lib changes to a new
so-filename you need to rebuild it and nothing alse from php. but i
think in this case we would need to change the pkgver also before the
check if the package exists runs.

I'll better go for a separate package for this kind of split-packages...
