You do realize that you have not described what pacman-disowned is and
that it is not a part of the pacman project? But based on what was
below, I guess it finds files that are not tracked by pacman?

If that is the case, I would be happy for it to go into contrib/, but I
don't see this as a future feature for pacman.  Unless someone can
convince me that a package manager should deal with files it does not
track.
