It appears that SRCINFO files should be independent of architecture, however
makepkg will currently fail if the SRCINFO file is being generated on a machine
with a different architecture.
This is in the same vein as c72ca3d5; I believe that creating source tarballs
would be the only other candidate, but IGNOREARCH gets set later in that case.
