I don't think I flagged either package out of date but either way thanks for
letting me know about old projects. I'm still a bit of a noob here :P
I do have a question though. What if it's an old multiplayer only project? I
nobody plays it, nobody will want to use it.

Actually I'm not a TU and don't know this package, but I think as long as it works there's no need to remove it just because it's old and not developed anymore.
If it's not developed anymore a maintainer is not necessary to be able to install it.
Such a package could be removed if it doesn't work anymore or has security issues.
And, btw., there's no need to flag it as out-of-date, if there's no new upstream version. "Out-of-date" doesn't mean the package is old. "Out-of-date" means there's a newer upstream version available.
