+1 - Wrap it up.

I've tried to figure out what was going on... I couldn't. Talk of insulting messages never got me to any (following what sparse links were provided), probably because they were all deleted by the time I looked. Also the email threads essentially amount to instant message bickering that provide little signal to noise.

In future, it'd be nice to quote and collect the offending messages and context somewhere for people to look at and evaluate. Perhaps hold off on deletion of "evidence" until matters are finally settled?
