[arch-general] Subversion error?

Here's something that might have to do with the URL error
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.0/apb.html#svn-ap-b-sect-1.2.8

I tried
[root]# ldconfig -r .

I also tried it after adding /usr/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf to no avail.
/usr/lib is where all the libsvn* libs are.
