What are you booting the Arch Iso off of?

I have never seen an option to boot the Arch iso using eufi boot.

I may not have said that I want to dual boot.  I do need to do so.  If I
boot directly back into Arch, will there be an option do dual boot?
(Actually triple boot for the time being.)
