I don't know, but as already pointed out by the thread 4 month ago.

On a few mailing lists Yahoo/Rocketmail addresses could be used,
but Yahoo/Rocketmail subscribers don't receive copies of their own
mails, anything else works. I'm still subscribed with such an address to
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/xubuntu-users mailman
mailing list. The admin likely could share the mailman settings with
you, xubuntu-users-owner at lists.ubuntu.com .
