[arch-general] Anonymous donation

I donate monthly via https://www.spi-inc.org/projects/archlinux/ and my
name doesn't show up on that list. I'm using paypal to do so, so I'm
pretty sure my real name is in there somewhere.

Maybe someone from the arch site can explain how the donationb process
works internally and what names show up and which don't.
