[arch-mirrors] mirror.lty.me out of sync

Hello Michael, 

I am the owner of mirror.lty.me. Thanks for reporting this issue. 

The cause of this issue was the rsync command does not execute in cornie. I am still investigating this issue, and for now, I am manually rsync the mirror with upstream.
