[aur-dev] ./configure --prefix Conventions

message in that thread [2] sums up most cases.

Besides which, this thread doesn't belong on this list. This list
(aur-dev) is for discussion about the development of the AUR web
interface, not AUR packages or PKGBUILDs themselves.
