Questions with setting up aurweb instance

Found the issue:



`notify-cmd` defaults to `/usr/local/bin/aurweb-notify`, but it actually installs to `/usr/bin/aurweb-notify`.



Is there any reason it's set to the `/usr/local` directory by default?
