[aur-general] Strange filesystem conflict behavior

I'm surprised that Pacman doesn't seem to handle this case at the

If a user has espeakup installed removing espeak with `Pacman -Rdd` just 
before installing espeakup-test would seem to be the easiest way around 
this. Not ideal still though.
