Had a quick look over that FS just now - looks fine to me.  I've
personally got nothing pressing I'd like to see in 3.1 that isn't
already in 3.1, or hasn't already been turned down for consideration
in this version (ie. all those config-parsing changes I proposed ages
ago that I haven't touched since).

Nothing I can think of, but I haven't been very active in the
development lately.  I'm kinda anxious to see this release hit, tbh -
it's got some smaller things that I've been waiting for for a while
(slight restructure of sync repos in filesystem, single mirrorlist)
that'd be cool to distribute amongst the masses.  :D
