Oo, something I just noticed - devtools does _not_ support
~/.makepkg.conf - this needs to be fixed, since it looks for the
package files in the directory specified and won't find them if they're
specified in ~/.makepkg.conf.

eg extrapkg will source /etc/makepkg.conf at the beginning but not
~/.makepkg.conf
