All the work mentioned here can be found in my working branch (I  
cannot send inline patches with horde):

My TODO has not been fixed yet, but we discussed it on irc with  
Xavier: it is just a minor printing issue, but quite complicated to  
fix, so I leave the fix for 3.3.1, it is not a show-stopper. I am done  
for 3.3.
