namcap 3.1 is released (in testing). It features the following : - add checks for files in temp. folders in fhs rule (FS#23539) - add rule javafiles detecting Java class/jar files (FS#23521) - fix: parsepkgbuild executing arbitrary commands from PKGBUILD (FS#23902) - fix: extravars not knowing about $epoch (FS#23966) - fix: mimedesktop rule crashing on packages with symlinks (FS#23952) - fix: bug in script interpreter detection - uses pyalpm to access pacman database pyalpm is introduced as an additional dependency. It allows to access pacman database in a more correct way. The old python code had rot with pacman 3.5 coming. Addition of pkgfile-like capabilities could be studied in order to give more relevant results when not all dependencies are currently installed. Rémy.

Hi guys, A few minor bugs have been fixed in git since our last release, so I'd like to push out a new one in the coming week. It would be great if you could let me know of any pending patches you want included. I will at least wait for the /sbin/rc rename from Seblu, but there might be other things I have missed. Hi all, I missed this conflict when I merged our new rc script: <https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/24082>. The two packages in question are in [community]. I cannot see the conflict with extra/cmus, so I dont know what that is about. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this? We could rename our script, or we could as plan9 packager to rename his I guess... Cheers, Tom
