Hey Tom, would it be possible to add on http://www.archlinux.org/releng/feedback/, a list of all iso names with the numbers of failures and successes for each? and each iso could be a link to a page like http://www.archlinux.org/releng/feedback/iso/15/ In absense of real supported iso's, a short overview like this would be the next best thing for a community member to figure out which iso he should download. Also rename kernel from vmlinuz-linux to vmlinuz to make filename ISO9660 friendly. [arch-releng] [RFC] Inclusion of irc client on the install CD

Hi, A user just broke her system pretty badly and we agreed that she'll boot a live cd, install irssi and we'd help her fix it. Sadly, installing irssi didn't really work out. I think it would be a good idea to include irssi or weechat (whichever needs less space) on the CD so we can support beginners more easily. I guess it's especially hard (for beginners) to install irssi now because they'll be pretty stressed when their system is broken and the recent perl rebuild probably makes it even worse. -- Florian Pritz
