Would like to know if recent arch updates have affected archiso scripts? Today added loop module to mkinitcpio, iso builds refused to run due to loop being missing. Just a heads up if you need MrG

[arch-releng] devpts problem

Had problems with lxterminal that I could not work out what was happening but error occurred after running build.sh Before running ./build.sh devpts in mount looks like this devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,nosuid,noexec,relatime,gid=5,mode=620,ptmxmode=000) Once build script starts to run devpts looks like this devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,nosuid,noexec,relatime,mode=600,ptmxmode=000) Am assuming that the mount line in mkarchiso is the problem, ould be nice to find a way to restore defaults?

[arch-releng] Building LTS iso

I am trying to use archiso scripts to build an LTS kernel version of iso but not having much luck. Have of course modified build.sh (vmlinuz etc..). At this stage I have only added in linux-lts as an extra package. Have a feeling I am missing something else wondered if anyone has tried lts version or know what might be wrong? Iso boots but cannot find root.fs.sfs (even though it is there)

Hi, I uploaded the install imago for September. Noting exciting, just new packages. The only issue I know about is that the kernel will panic for certain wireless chips (at least a lot of Broadcom's are affected). I also uploaded the bootstrap tars. We should really document these.
