[arch-releng] [PATCH] [configs/releng] Add sha256sums for TianoCore efi downloads

We should be integrity checking these downloads. This will also aid in future reproducibility efforts as the build will bomb out early in case of failure. [arch-releng] ipxe.lkrn BIOS TLS issue

Hi, I prepared a USB netboot image following the netboot wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Netboot The ipxe.lkrn is from: https://www.archlinux.org/static/netboo … 7b45a.lkrn<https://www.archlinux.org/static/netboot/ipxe.08268867b45a.lkrn> The system is BIOS based. The ipxe.lkrn image boots successfully but when it tries to access https://www.archlinux.org/releng/netboot/archlinux.ipxe it fails with "Operation not permitted". IPXE shows the error url http://ipxe.org/410de13c which points to a TLS issue (Fatal alert). Not sure how to proceed. The networking seems to be working fine. Typing route at the ipxe prompt shows an ip address has been assigned. Is there a certificate issue with ipxe.lkrn? Thanks!

hello. since i work on #63166 <https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/63166?project=6>i have sum questions about archiso project. As far as I understand, two loaders are used. syslinux for bios and systemd-boot for efi. is it so? and why it is so? i modified syslinux config <https://github.com/alex19EP/talkingarch/raw/accessible-upstreem/configs/rel…> to add another entry with kernel cmdline options. do i need to add another file in configs/releng/efiboot/loader/entries for efi support? why are archiso-x86_64-cd.conf and archiso-x86_64-usb.conf? thanks.
