Pacman web pages - help needed

Hi all, I have setup the pacman web pages to be automatically generated and served through gitlab pages. See [1]. As you will notice, those pages are rather bare boned. Compare with the old pages at [2], which is ever so slightly more pretty... I guess some changes happened somewhere in the tools used to generate the site etc at some stage and we have not kept up. It would be great if someone could deal with this... I greatly doubt that it will be me! Problems to be resolved: 1) No CSS 2) No ToC (just the text 'Table of Contents'!) and extra for experts! 3) Our API documentation is not built/provided/etc I have created an issue [3] where this can be discussed. We strip the trailing slash in unlink_file() to handle directories replaced with symlinks, but that then affects the dir_is_mountpoint() check. Add the trailing slash when we have established we are dealing with a directory. Note this may fail in the case of a file managed by pacmane with name length of PATH_MAX that has been replaced by a directory on the file system. Bail on this unlikely scenario. In addtion, be less fancy with adjusting length of the file char array. The custom dependency was added in meson 0.59, then gained static support with 0.60, and static support for cygwin with 0.61, which is why the meson requirement is bumped to 0.61.
