Dear community, my mirror mirror.wuki.li will change its IPv4 and IPv6 addresses as of now (please allow up to 48 hours until the change is propagated everywhere). Other than that, nothing should change (still same mirror I will be syncing from, still located in Finland). This is due to a change of server hardware. The old server will be available until many other services also switch from the old to the new hardware, so no downtime is to be expected. Monitoring could show different IP addresses for the domain, though. Old IPv4: 95.217.111.244 New IPv4: 135.181.209.112 Old IPv6: 2a01:4f9:4a:2d4b::1 New IPv6: 2a01:4f9:3a:274f::1 Kind regards, Michael Armbruster

Hi all, Does anyone know how to contact the admin of arch.mirror.constant.com? They are a Tier-1 mirror but with only 50% completion rate. Their resolved IPv6 address is responsive and times out for any request. Please tell them to remove their AAAA DNS record on arch.mirror.constant.com or fix their network config. Are any mirrors imposing sanctions with Russia? It's a dilemma; on the one hand there's regulatory potential for some hosting providers, and even on the other without regulatory compliance there's ethical considerations for uninvolved 3rd parties within borders such as medical and educational as well as government usage. [arch-mirrors] Promoting to Tier 1?

Hello mirror admins, Have a quick question. Been running a tier 2 mirror for a little while now (nearly a year). It's hosted on Linode, and based on what I have running up there, I currently have a 6TB monthly transfer pool, of which I use less than 15% most months. I'm wondering how much does the load and bandwidth required go up if I were to ask to get my server promoted to tier 1 status? Are there any other rules or expectations of being a tier 1 mirror that aren't there for tier 2 besides those listed in the mirror wiki article?
