Name resolution problem

Hello, I notificed, that my mirror's error log contains name resolution errors. Mirror: https://archlinux.org/mirrors/kyberorg.fi/ Error is: Name or service not known (HTTP/HTTPS) and same for RSync: rsync: getaddrinfo: rsync.kyberorg.fi 873: Name or service not known rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(139) [Receiver=3.2.7] All those errors occurred within two (or same) German servers: 49.12.124.107 2a01:4f8:242:5614::2 Does anyone have the same issues with this server?

Bandwidth requirements

Hello, I currently have my own mirror available at https://archmirror.polarian.dev which I use for my hosting, as I have many VM's and LXC containers which other people also use therefore having a complete mirror is useful to allow for high speed package installation, and prevents load on other mirrors constantly updating multiple identical packages across all containers and virtual machines. I am limited by bandwidth however, as it is a home server, with down of 80mbps and 20mbps up on average, and on the archwiki page it is highly unadviced to contribute to the mirrors if you do not have at least 100mbps upload. I would still like to contribute, but not sure how. Polarian

sync and check problems

Dear Arch Linux infra team, Please get in contact with archimonde.ts.si Tier 1 mirror's admin(s) and let them know that their mirror is out of sync about 5-6 days. It would be wise at least to check the Tier 1 mirrors from your side to be up to date, because it causes a bunch of Tier 2 and other downstream mirrors out of sync also. The other thing: please check your "Germany 49.12.124.107" scan server in your pool, because it seems unstable and shows "Name or service not known" errors randomly, what causes "completion %" , false+ alerts and other problems. Feedback Requested in providing debug pkg repo

Hi All, Our company provides tier1 mirrors for several Linux distributions[1] including Arch Linux. With the announcement[2] from Arch back in February that they have made debug packages available to the community, we are considering to provide these debug packages on our mirror as well. There are two options we are considering: 1. Expand our current Arch mirror to include the debug packages. This is the simpler option to implement but requires approximately an additional 70GB of space. This will affect downstream mirrors in that they too would need to accommodate for the additional space. 2. Add an additional Arch mirror that includes the debug packages.
