[aur-general] Putting mariadb into community

Hi, Due to Oracle's recent and absolutely unforeseeable new plans with MySQL, I thought it might be a good opportunity to put mariadb into community for those that depend on MySQL. Mariadb is designed to be a drop-in replacement for MySQL and as such I wondered whether it would make sense if mariadb replaced MySQL. Mariadb also conflicts with MySQL files which at least necessitates installing them to an alternative path. I'm willing to maintain mariadb in community. I'd like opinions on this. -- Sven-Hendrik

[aur-general] Need password reset on AUR account with unknown email

Hi, On AUR my username is "sixblades." After several failed login attempts I've tried using the "reset password" form available, but I haven't received an email on any of the email accounts I normally use. How can I get my email address and password reset for the account? I'd like to get the email address reset to this one (seanburau at gmail dot com), if possible. Proof of ownership: This email address is also associated with the wiki/forums user with the alias "sixblades", and is listed in the PKGBUILD for the "aptana-studio" package in the AUR [ https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ap/aptana-studio/PKGBUILD ], of which "sixblades" is the current maintainer. intellij-idea-ultimate-edition-openjdk - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44402 This package contains "WARNING not recommended by JetBrains" in the pkgdesc, is flagged as out-of-date since Feb/2011 and the previous maintainer (linx56) confirmed that the package should be deleted, as you can see in the comments.
