ffmpeg-mt-lite https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=43717 ffmpeg-mt-git https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=23958 Both packages are orphaned. ffmpeg-mt was an experimental branch for multithreaded decoding, and was merged into FFmpeg at least 6 months ago. The ffmpeg-mt repository exists only for historical reasons. The two packages (one is orphaned) that depend on ffmpeg-mt-lite could use repo ffmpeg instead. mplayer-libs-system https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=35494 Mangy orphan. I see no use for this package that mplayer from the repo could not fulfill. Also, see pkgdesc.

I tried to compile build gngeo.. and the compilinag stops with the follow errors star_interf.c:44:5: error: initializer element is not computable at load time star_interf.c:44:5: error: (near initialization for 'pretend_programfetch[4].offset') Just for curiosity, can any one compile this?? Hi, my gnome-session breaks after update. I replace the LOCALE=pt_BR.iso88591 to LOCALE=C on rc.conf, reboot and every thing backs to work. Hi, Due to Oracle's recent and absolutely unforeseeable new plans with MySQL, I thought it might be a good opportunity to put mariadb into community for those that depend on MySQL. Mariadb is designed to be a drop-in replacement for MySQL and as such I wondered whether it would make sense if mariadb replaced MySQL. Mariadb also conflicts with MySQL files which at least necessitates installing them to an alternative path. I'm willing to maintain mariadb in community. I'd like opinions on this. -- Sven-Hendrik

Hi, On AUR my username is "sixblades." After several failed login attempts I've tried using the "reset password" form available, but I haven't received an email on any of the email accounts I normally use. How can I get my email address and password reset for the account? I'd like to get the email address reset to this one (seanburau at gmail dot com), if possible. Proof of ownership: This email address is also associated with the wiki/forums user with the alias "sixblades", and is listed in the PKGBUILD for the "aptana-studio" package in the AUR [ https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ap/aptana-studio/PKGBUILD ], of which "sixblades" is the current maintainer.
