[arch-general] Update delayed for more of two months, Lyx v2.1.4

Hi guys, After more than two months ago Lyx [1] released the version 2.1.4 [2], this is a minor and maintenance release (strongly recommended), in august, and after flagged as out-date and wait some days, I contacted with the maintainer (Ronald) and he didn't answer me (I understand, maybe he is busy) I tested for more of two months and this release work fine, I would like to be the maintainer of this package but I am not TU. [arch-general] Building in docker?

For various reasons I'm looking into not using `makechrootpkg` when building the 200+ packages I put into a non-official repo. Obviously it's important to keep the building environment separate from my ordinary system environment. Going to full virtualisation is definitely overkill and the only containers I know of are chroots and docker. Docker has some nice attributes, in particular no need for root access. Someone mentioned last month about using pacman hooks for btrfs snapper snapshots like YaST does with openSUSE (cf. https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermai l/arch-general/2016-February/040589.html). Here's a little package I put together to do this: https://aur.archlinux.org/pac kages/snap-pac/ Just install the package and use pacman as normal. Hi, I followed this guide install archlinux in banana pi and works fine: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Banana_Pi I like install the kodi-rbp in banana pi: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Kodi#Raspberry_Pi The driver graphics has installed fine, with the command startx , the graphical works fine. But the problem is kodi, not working... [arch-general] virt-install conflicting files

Updating from virt-install 1.3.2-3 to 1.3.2-4 didn't work. Several files owned by no package cause a conflict. Since I never build anything virt related myself and Arch always was up-to-date, there must have been an issue with an update, that didn't removed those files. Who might be the culprit, pacman? Or virt-install from community? I didn't report a bug, since assumed the culprit is virt-install, than likely an old package version and maybe the culprit is something else.
