Hey, Please delete "clojure-svn" and "clojure-contrib-svn" as they are both orphaned since Clojure switched to GIT. The GIT packages are both up already serving as the replacements of the packages I suggest for deletion.

[aur-general] Recommended Encoding for PKGBUILDS?

Hi there, I noticed a while ago that the AUR webinterface doesn't show my name correctly when the character encoding in the PKGBUILD is utf-8. Is there a recommended encoding? iso-8859-1? Something else? I'm asking because I'm checking through my 50 PKGBUILD files and want to avoid issues in future. Regards, Philipp

I have a suggestion, it would be nice to have a text editor for the AUR page so u could edit your PKGBUILDs without having to download then resubmit

I found two package in AUR both providing the same software: opera-dev-qt4 [1] and opera-devel-qt4 [2]. Opera-dev-qt4 was first submitted few days before opera-devel-qt4, but it's not being updated and does not support x86_64 arch therefor I suggest to delete opera-dev-qt4. [aur-general] rsync for AUR

Is it feasible to setup an rsync for AUR packages? Would it increase load on the server a lot? Installing packages from AUR would become simpler, as tools can work on the local cache instead. It'll be also easier to keep backups. -- Abhishek

Hello, I cannot upload packages to community. I have a ssh account and did set CVS_RSH and CVSROOT. Yesterday it worked. I have no idea what is going wrong here.
