Hello, I mistakenly uploaded a package, ttf-inconsolata-xl, to the AUR. I had meant to upload a different one. Nobody is using it; I uploaded it not ten minutes ago. Could I get it removed? The font it installs isn't very useful, as the font's ONLY mode is bold; there is no regular option. Thanks!

[aur-general] Disowning pkgs

First lua5.2[1] from the AUR can be deleted since lua in Extra has been updated. Second there are two outdated packages: rsyslog-dev[2] and thinkhdaps[3] that I would like orphaned. I have contacted the maintainers on Nov 20, but they have neither updated the packages, orhpaned them, nor responded back. [aur-general] Question file conflict on a new package I took over

I just recently took over a package[1], and some people are having troubles updating due to file system conflict. error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) uuid: /usr/lib/libuuid.a exists in filesystem uuid: /usr/lib/libuuid.so exists in filesystem uuid: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/uuid.pc exists in filesystem uuid: /usr/share/man/man3/uuid.3.gz exists in filesystem Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded. What is the actual proper way to handle a conflict like this? As a temp workaround I found that if I removed the package and then deleted those files left behind I can get it to install and all seems kosher after. But that is a ugly workaround. Would the correct way be to use a .install file and then a pre_install hook to get rid of them? Thanks a bunch for any help or tips here. [1]uuid <https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/uuid/>

There are other valas following the same naming scheme. Please delete https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/emacs-gnuplot-mode-cvs/ The emacs mode is part of the most gnuplot packages. Please delete https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gnuplot-git/ Uploaded accidentely. Please orphan https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/oleo-motif/ and https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/oleo/ The download-url for the patches is no longer available as stated in the comments.
