[aur-general] How long to wait for package update?

Hi, I just added a comment to https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=31746 It seems the package has not changed since two years, even it was flagged out of date. I now sent a link to the sources (the old place was not available anymore). How long should I wait until the maintainer updates the package? I would adapt the package if the maintainer will not update the package. I also did added the maintainer into Cc of this mail, hoping to get soon response. Ciao, Oliver

Also, currently in AUR, there is only old colormake 0.2 available: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=40340 whereas colormake 0.9 has been released a while ago: http://bre.klaki.net/programs/colormake/ Shall I try to refresh it to colormake 0.9? [aur-general] [HEADS-UP] Breaking AUR helpers

Hi! I just wanted to let everybody know that I'm about to apply a patch to our AUR setup that fixes some CSRF vulnerabilities. This will probably break most (all?) AUR helpers (mis)using the AUR HTML interface. AUR helpers, that only make use of the RPC interface, won't be affected. I recommend using the web interface until the affected programs are fixed.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=60324 I had submitted wine-locale to the AUR after testing the script to run it. It worked so I assumed it was ready to package. However, it turns out this script really hates paths other than it was downloaded from.
