Thank you very very much for that information! This problem is the last piece before I can do my first (alpha) release. With xrandr --fbmm I could reproduce the error on the first try so I can do further tests myself now. And it really is a font issue. The lines in the display are correct but my fonts are not, not even the menu fonts. I will contact the PyQt or Qt community now to find out how to fix that. One already contacted me and notified me of a commandline parameter "-graphicssystem raster" which I have not tried yet. But the person also told me that this is a only workaround. I am excited to finally find a solution for this longstanding problem. Hi, I am trying to find the mapping between actual modules and net-pf-X aliases which used to be in /usr/include/linux/socket.h but not anymore... today,i upgrade gnome-shell to 3.2.2-1,but i found notify tray of bottom doesn't work. e.g: open pidgin or deluge will add icon to notify tray and i can click it to activate app, but it does't work now when i upgrade gnome-shell　and i close these app,the notify tray can't delete icons in tray. can i fix it?

Guys: There is a strange dependency with pyalpm that prevented upgrade to pacman 4 which I solved by -- installing pyalpm?? Installing pyalpm pulled in pacman as a dependency which successfully completed the upgrade, but pacman would not -Syu and upgrade on its own. That doesn't make sense. The -Syu error was: :: The following packages should be upgraded first : pacman :: Do you want to cancel the current operation :: and upgrade these packages now?
