Dear TU's, I have uploaded the following packages to the AUR: python2-biopython python-biopython to replace: biopython python3-biopython respectively and make the packages respect the new arch linux naming guidelines. I have kept both versions in the AUR for a week, to give a chance for packages that depended on biopython to update their dependences, which they now have (one of those packages seems not to be maintained any more tough).
