Hello all, As you may have noticed, my texlive-* pkgs have disappeared from community and brand new ones have replaced tetex in extra. Here are community packages that depend on tetex: gri prosper lilypond texvc auctex python-pyx yfklog Thanks for eventually fixing these! Also, I just added tetex to unsupported, and the web interface tells me that tetex is a dependency of the following pkgs (excluding the above): advi algorithmicx * arabtex * cjk-gbkfonts csindex dblatex eqe fig2ps foiltex fuzz gastex * hlatex klatexformula kletterwizard latex-beamer * latex-fitch lgrind athtex pdfjam pdfselect pidgin-latex svninfo * tex-cases * texlipse tex-unicode * vlna * wyneken xindy * NB: those with a star * are already provided by one of the texlive-* pkgs in extra, and IMO should be deleted. Question: should I move tetex to community? I would prefer not, since it is REALLY outdated, but some users may prefer using it rather than the bleeding-edge but quite larger combination texlive-core + texlive-bin. Best, F

Please, can someone remove these packages from AUR: networkmanager-svn gnome-network-manager-svn hal-policykit they have the infamous 'can't create dir' bug I'll re-upload them as soon as I can -- kasa

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I was just wondering what the progress of KDevelop 4 is. Both the kdevelop and kdevplatform packages are out of date. Is anyone working on these? (I know they are not released yet, but it'd be nice to try!) Thanks, Peter.

[aur-general] Inquiry to orphan xdotool

Hello everyone, The xdotool package in [unstable] hasn't been updated to the latest version which was released about 3 months ago. I've tried contacting the current maintainer via email on Sep 04 to ask about the package's status and let him know that I wouldn't mind maintaining it in case he's not up to it (e.g. due to time constrains or loss of interest) but he hasn't respond yet. If it were to be orphaned, I'd be happy to adopt it. Thanks.
