Good afternoon everyone, I was maintainer of - bin32-hubic - bin64-hubic These are proprietary clients of the cloud storage service of OVH. However the client has completely changed and this package are not useful anymore. The replacement is already on AUR, it's the package: `hubic` Is it possible to delete the old ones ? spark-git currently conflicts with the spark im client. Short of renaming the other one "spark-im", I've submitted a proposal for sparklines-git instead. [aur-general] question about git package as a dependency

Hi, I was wondering if it would be ok to let my package (non-daw-git) depend on the ntk-git package instead of ntk. The package ntk is not yet available in AUR, but ntk-git is. I think technically, ntk-git should provide ntk, and non-daw-git should depend on some git-release of ntk. The downside for the user is that helpers like yaourt won't find the dependency. I was wondering what you guys think about this... Greetings, lieven

extra/docker is currently a very old system tray app for openbox2, kde3 and gnome2. It hasn't been updated in a very, very long time. docker (https://www.docker.io/) on the other hand, is a widely used and current container solution. As of 0.7, it's now available on all distributions (previously was only available on ubuntu). There will be a naming conflict between the two very soon. I would be in favour of renaming extra/docker preemptively since it hasn't been updated in a decade. J. Leclanche

Could someone please disown mingw-w64-bin [1]. Since Arch Linux has a working mingw-w64 toolchain [2] now it might be better to delete it? [aur-general] Removal Request

Hi, The packages kcm-grub2[1] and kcm-grub2-git[2] are both orphans and there doesn't look to be any active development on the program. The PKGBUILD's need updating to compile properly. There is an alternative available in the AUR that has active development. (grub2-editor[3]) For that reason, please remove [1} and [2]. THANKS!
